The quality of your life is the quality of your mind. Everything you experience is filtered through your mind. So in order to have a good life. Improve your mind.

Every emotion like sadness, anger you’ve ever had has passed. And the next one will too. So by learning more about the mind and knowing how it works, you can reduce suffering (anxiety, depression, paranoia, worry…) and increase happiness (contentment, gratitude…).

How to track your High-Intensity Interval Training?

We know that high-intensity interval training is linked to health, fitness and longevity. We also know that at least 6 minutes of intense effort is needed every week.

So how do we track this?

If you have a fitness tracker or a smartwatch. Connect it to Strava Premium and check the heart rate zones. It will tell you exactly how long of your workout you spent in the Tempo heart rate zone.

And simply add it up over the week.
